Rachel's report on the dilemma for Rand Paul trying to get the state of

Kentucky to change the law so that he can run for president and also keep his senate office in case he loses, was brilliant. The democrats told him, no. Some states allow it but Kentucky does not.

for both seats and just kind of sneak it in to Kentucky law. I hear that he is good at that.
