"It’s something she wants more than she wanted to be president.”

Congrats to Chelsea Clinton and Husband Marc & the entire Clinton Family

“I’d like to be a grandfather,” the 42nd president told a Davos audience in 2011. “I would like to have a happy wife, and she won’t be unless she’s a grandmother. It’s something she wants more than she wanted to be president.”

1. I wish her well, but I'm also glad if this means she will never, ever run for president.

I guess she deserves the news, but the reference to her running for potus just rattles me.

No more Clintons, please, let's keep the field open.

Dynasties, Clinton or Bush, are not going to help us. And, we're beyond help; we need SAVING.

Who can save us?

Not a Clinton, not Hillary and sure as hell not Chelsea.

~sigh~

Where the hell did you pull dynasty out of?

Seriously, what has changed since before this announcement? Anything? No. I didn't think so.

Because the original one with no edits was, no offience NYC_SKip, tacky and inappropriate, and I'll say the same to you. I'm proud of him for editing his post to admit he was happy for a woman getting to have her first grandchild, instead of bitching about having to push back "generations of Clintons" when Chelsea has stayed out of politics and I presume her children will as well.

Dynasties runs always the same pokitics. On behalf of mainly family interests. The Clintons had always keeps their hands tightly on Democratic Party leadership. I liked Bill but will never forgive them to have undermined Kerrys White House seeking efforts.
