Ukraine vs Russia: Time for a comedy break

So it's like this:

Yermek Taychibekoff, a Kazakh businessman and public figure, who also has a blog called "Russian empire", has offered a huge reward for the capture or "liquidation" of Ihor Kolomoyskyi, a Ukrainian oligarch and the recently appointed Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Kolomoyskyi has been somewhat outspoken in his criticism of the Russian state, describing President Putin, on March 3, as a "schizophrenic shorty."

Whazzat?

There is an absurd subplot in the very serious conflict between Russia and Ukraine: Russian President Vladimir Putin is publicly trading insults with Ukrainian billionaire Ihor Kolomoyskyy, recently appointed governor of the industrial Dnepropetrovsk region by Ukraine's interim government...On Monday, he lambasted Putin as a "schizophrenic shorty." "I cannot understand how Ukrainians and Russians can make war," he said, referring to Putin's threat of military intervention in Ukraine. "He is totally out of touch, completely crazy."
Putin, who measures 5 feet 7 inches, is said to be touchy about his stature and in general disinclined to forget personal insults...He isn't going to let them call him a dwarf and a madman with impunity. And since Putin is not just a touchy Russian but also the president of a nuclear power, this is bad news for Ukrainians in general.

The unfunny part of this is that Ihor Kolomoyski is Jewish. (What!!?? A Jew in the neo-Nazi government??? For reals, it seems...Real life just flat refuses to conform to stereotypes. Oh crap...)
