I'm trying to decide which I hate more...

The talking E-Trade Babies or the Dancing Singing E-Trade Glee bullshit.

Although I hate them both, so maybe it's a wash. I would never, ever, invest one penny with E-trade. Ever, ever. Because I'm HAAAAPPPPYYY!

I ALWAYS got screwed on my buy and sell prices. With a Raymond James account, I could take the time to call a human being, have him initiate the trade, and buy or sell at the price I saw on my screen, but with Ameritrade, somehow it always wound up costing me a bit more to buy, or paying me a bit less when I sold. That made me extremely suspicious of their business methods very quickly. The $8 trades or whatever didn't mean much when I wound up paying $100 or more extra for the stock. It was cheaper to pay the Raymond James guy $30-50 a trade and get the price I was actually seeing.

Of course, my stock all went away to pay bills after winding up unemployed, and I really don't think I'll ever get back into the stock market again, even if I can find another job. It's just too much of a rip-off of the small investor.

It's not as if loathing is a finite thing, and hating one limits your capacity to detest the other.

If they don't make you choose, man, enjoy the threesome!
