to find out who owns the Supreme Court.

I don't think anyone owns the court.

The questions Breyer was asking about severability imply a final decision might take much longer, if they do have the votes to knock down the individual mandate.

It's a very big bill, and they are clearly confused, worried and divided as to how to deal with a strike of the individual mandate.
