And if so what do his Dad's phone records say about who he called that night an in the next few days? Or was his Dad smart enough not to use his own phone?
Since there were so many blunders at the scene, were the cogs of Zimmerman's Dad's power already in motion?

(22,143 posts)1. I would have.
My dad would be the first person I called. Perhaps this will come up as it is relevant.

I would think that would be anybody's first call if they are in police custody, if only for advice as to what to say, what not to say, etc.
It would certainly be mine. I would be very surprised if his father wasn't the first person he called. That such a call took place wouldn't be evidence of much of anything.

I'm thinking along the same lines.
Why was the State Attorney in the police station when Zimmerman was taken in? Who called him? On a Sunday night.
