The Rule of Law, for the Bundy grifters and lawbreakers - IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Cliven Bundy

Last edited Mon Apr 28, 2014, 01:16 PM - Edit history (2)

October 9, 2013 Federal Court Order of Judge Larry Hicks that the militiamen, Fox, the RW media netherworld and Bundy rail against:

United States District Court, District of Nevada

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the United States’ Motion to Enforce Injunction (Doc. #50) is hereby GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy is permanently enjoined from trespassing on the former Bunkerville Allotment.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States is entitled to protect the former
Bunkerville Allotment against this trespass, and all future trespasses by Bundy.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy shall remove his livestock from the former
Bunkerville Allotment within 45 days of the date hereof, and that the United States is entitled to seize and remove to impound any of Bundy’s cattle that remain in trespass after 45 days of the date hereof.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States is entitled to seize and remove to
impound any of Bundy’s cattle for any future trespasses, provided the United States has complied with the notice provisions under the governing regulations of the United States Department of the Interior.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy shall not physically interfere with any seizure or impoundment operation authorized by this Court’s Order.

Part III, Discussion, is priceless.

"Here, uncontested evidence demonstrates that Bundy continues to violate the Court’s 1998
Permanent Injunction. Bundy himself admits to grazing his cattle on lands both inside and outside
the Allotment in contravention of the Court’s Orders. Doc. #50, Ex. 4, Oct. 23, 2011 Bundy
Deposition. In addition to his own admissions, the United States has presented an abundance of
evidence documenting Bundy’s continued grazing on the Allotment.

Doc. #50, Ex. 2, Ex. 5, Ex. 6, Ex. 7, Ex. 8, Ex. 9, Ex. 13. In light of such flagrant and continuing violations, the Court finds that it has the authority to undertake whatever measures it deems necessary to ensure Bundy’s future compliance with the 1998 Permanent Injunction."

I figure Bundy and his militia are all in violation of at least three of the court orders, contempt proceedings next......I love the rule of law and detest those that hate it, as should we all.

remedial actions that could be taken in this issue... none of which are socially acceptable, but hey, look what we're dealing with here.

It may take the national guard with tanks to make Bundy shut the fuck up and move his cattle. You know as well as I do that they aren't going to let him get away with it.

In Alsop's column, the Phony-Toughs were the Watergate conspirators full of bluster and macho talk and the Crazy-Brave was Gordon Liddy. The Phony-Toughs are the wannabes, the Walter Mittys, the LARPers. The Crazy-Braves are the truly batshit crazy ones, the Charles Mansons, the David Koreshes, who really want a hill to die on, and can drag the Phony-Toughs along with them on their way to their own version of Armageddon.

Chances are, there are only a few actual Crazy-Braves in Bundy's entourage. BLM and the Feds are best off biding their time waiting for the majority of the Phony-Toughs to get in touch with their inner sane people and go home, and in the meantime, pursue further financial and administrative sanctions against Bundy.
