HAHAHA: Conservative attempt to link Sterling to Dems backfires....Sterling is registered Republican

Conservatives Called Him A Democrat, But Sterling Is Registered Republican
April 28, 2014, 1:50 PM EDT

Over the weekend, while nation-wide attention was focused on the racist comments reportedly made by Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, some conservative commentators were focused on something else: Sterling's party affiliation.

Specifically, certain conservatives were taking the media to task for supposedly ignoring Sterling's ties to the Democratic Party. But a bit of context was missing. Sterling is a registered Republican.

A search of The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's website using Sterling's name, date of birth, and address turns up a Republican registration, and the registrar-recorder's office confirmed the information to TPM on Monday.

and just never bothered to change. Fred Phelps was a Democrat, but Democrats - and just about every moderate out there - thought Phelps was a wretched human being. (Heck, even some Republicans thought he was a bit much...)

Watching MSNBC at the moment, NBC News confirmed an indefinite suspension and there'll be a fine of two-point-five million dollars. Gee. Probably his pocket change. But if you don't at least hit assholes like him in their wallets, you don't lay a finger on them at all. Money's the only thing they really care about. He's worth way over a Billion dollars, so this is trivial. But at least it's something.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10024885854

NBA chief just announced the investigation of those phone calls is complete and it's been determined the male voice on there IS donald sterling.

NBA Commish says sterling is being banned FOR LIFE. Wooooooo... barred from any league activity or board meetings. Says he'll urge the board to force sterling to sell the team.

He said two-point-five million dollars is the maximum. There had been an earlier report that it was five million.

Noticed the little girl asking a question from Pox Noise made sure to get in the plug for "The kelly File". I'm sure there's a memo on record, reminding everybody never to pass up a chance to promote both their network and their show! Probably posted on a bulletin board in the lunch room or above the coffee machine where everybody can see it.
