and MSNBC is really late to the party... only reporting on Tupelo, we have other tornadoes confirmed down.

she and I have a shared problem - we love storms and love to get out and watch them - while being very close to shelter.

We have had some adventures together stepping out of our basement.
But they are safe for now - round 2 is tonite and round 3 around noon tomorrow.

the storm watching, or drying into fire zones, which hubby and I do regularly.

really makes it eerie taking sheller during the wailing, pretty spooky.

plus flash flood warnings and possible tornadoes. The weather news man says to go to a basement. That's great because I live in a mobile home with nowhere to hide.

The best bet would be a storm cellar dug into the back yard.

It's got to be scary as hell hearing those sirens from so far away. I hope she rides this one out and her house is OK and that particular tornado is polite enough to stay away from homes and roads.
