It was a news story on the local news just now. The government studies teacher invited the county auditor to the school to explain elections and voting to the students, show them ballots and how to go through the voting process. While there, students were allowed to register to vote. Now, if we could just do this in every high school. Loved seeing this happening locally.

call it now where we studied how the government works. We had a mock election. They did that every year. No need for outsiders to come in, it was a part of the class work.

Man, is education needed!
"Do I have to vote?"
"I don't know anything about these political parties."

The local party has been complaining about this and the school district are simply not trying to register their high school seniors
