it's a shame there aren't similar rooms reserved for men who commit hate crimes against women; unfortunately, convicts who hurt/kill women are admired. (but that is another issue for another day)

You are quite correct to bring up the analogy.

Even the Occupiers were treated with less respect than Zimmerman appears to have been treated. Something very odd about Zimmerman's treatment by the police.

It's a matter of equal rights/human rights. Hate crimes against women are as despicable as hate crimes against minorities. On the positive side, these issues are getting more attention now, and that other day is coming soon.

I suspect that decision will be made for him. Any sane person in his shoes would of course go along with it.
