Some good signs are the Reverend Barber's "Moral Mondays," the Episcopalians supporting Gay Rights and now the new Pope promoting some Populism in the Catholic Church. The Quakers have been working on anti-war issues.

The Unitarians have been incredible...and they are pretty pragmatic and diversified in their congregations. Other individual Protestant Churches have for years been doing peace vigils and working on poverty....but there hasn't been a large enough concerted effort to push back against RW Fundamentalists that I would have thought would have happened. And, maybe it has to do with money. They don't want to anger their 1%.

I'm an atheist but I've been following them for a few years. https://www.facebook.com/TheChristianLeft

Also "Kissing Fish" is pretty good for following progressive religious politics.
