Other ways of knowing:

1. Someone told me something, and I believed her.
2. The pastor of my church told me something. He wouldn't lie, you know.
3. My heart told me it was true. The heart is the center of emotions, you know, and is always correct.
4. I read it in this book. Books are the source of knowledge. It must be true.
5. My spiritual guide showed me in a dream.
6. I know that because I have common sense. Anyone with common sense knows that.
7. The simplest explanation is always the best explanation. I don't like complicated stuff and mumbo-jumbo.
8. I saw it for myself. I had a bucket of water I got from the well. I came back a week later and stuff was swimming around in it. Life begins in buckets of water.
9. The guy who told me the truth about that came from another town, and had been to a big school. It must be the truth.
10. My mom told me that when I was just five years old. Why should I believe anything different?
11. I seen it on Fox News. They report. I decide, damnit!
