(22,651 posts)sounds, traffic are very noisy. I can hear helicopters landing. Wonder why the falcon stays by her? nest at this time of the day? Is the mate out hunting?
When I watch the owl cams, especially at night its shocking to see them bring home a big rat to their chicks.

When the Chicks get older the Game Commission crawls out on the ledge and captures them for a medical check up and to band their leg, which the parents do not look on to kindly and swoop down on them with their talons open!
