Rand Paul Wants Hillary Clinton Subpoenaed By Benghazi Committee (VIDEO at Link)

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), a presumptive 2016 presidential contender, wants the current 2016 presumptive frontrunner Hillary Clinton to be dragged in front of the House's new committee on Benghazi to testify about the attacks.

Paul said Monday that the House select committee on Benghazi should subpoena the former secretary of state to testify as part of its investigation.

"Absolutely," Paul said when asked about a subpoena during an interview Monday with host Eric Bolling on Fox News. "One, we need to know who was responsible and she was in charge. But two, we need to make sure nothing like this ever happens again."

"Some big mistakes were made under Hillary Clinton's watch," he continued. "Somebody needs to ultimately accept responsibility for this."

Clinton testified before House and Senate committees in January 2013 about the attacks.

Watching Clinton's intelligence and leadership skills being put up against their asinine partisan games, will do nothing but show her strengths. Overall, I think it would help all Democrats running for office.

Do it Rand, this is one of the best bad ideas you've ever had. Which is saying quite a lot!

You'd think there would be some seasoned politicians left in the Republican party trying to keep them from shooting themselves in the foot again. Some days it almost seems as if the modern Republican's are a cult with a suicide pact.

The last time she was in front of him, she wiped the floor with all of them.

Besides, dragging Hillary in front of a rigged committee would engender sympathy for her. The only ones who would relish the sight would be those who wouldn't vote for her anyway.
