Dad had a heart attack last Friday, is in the ICU, and now breathing on his own

This is an update for those of you following my plight.

There are bed sores on my Dad, some will heal, some won't.

The wound on his left heel might not ever heal. It is *black*.

He keeps saying he is in no pain. It's now down to day by day, and not minute be minute, and they are already doing occupational and physical therapy with him, but there can't be any procedure to remedy the coronary because he is infected with c-diff and suffering from pneumonia.

Until those clear up, there isn't much they can do, so it might be grim.

I am taking deep breaths, and thanking God for every minute.
