As the above article notes, Bin Laden gave $3 to African muslim groups years ago, and Saudi Arabia continues to do so, but there is no mention of any clear money trails from the Saudis to Boko Haram. Do you have info that says otherwise?

allied with and have received funding in the past from Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb and also whatever group is in Somalia.
