8:00 to 9:00 would be an hour.
9:00 to 10:00 would be an hour.

Anybody who knows how TV scheduling work knows that 8:30 to 9:30 is not an hour.

They usually leave some lights on for security but last night it was very dark. There are a variety of businesses I can see from my place, several restaurants and other merchants, shoe stores, lumber yard, etc. Also the lights in the courtyard below my apartment were all off. It was very dark out there, so the word was out and people were thinking about it. I didn't think they would know. Thanks for posting this.
