Scout Willis strolled New York COMPLETELY topless in protest of Instagram’s strict no-nudity policy.

Using the hashtag #FreeTheNipple, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore posted pictures on Twitter showing her walking half-naked in the daylight down busy Manhattan streets.

She made the striking visual statement in opposition to Instagram’s rules prohibiting the use of female nudity for any purpose — even in the context of women sharing their battles against breast cancer.

“Legal in NYC but not on @instagram,” tweeted Willis, along with a picture of her inspecting flowers at a produce stand while topless.
