Habersham Sheriff Logic: Dealers Are Domestic Terrorists, So It's Okay to Burn Babies in Their Cribs

http://www.wsbtv.com/videos/news/raw-video-habersham-county-sheriff-explains-raid/vCcXcN/

You really have to see this raw footage of Habersham County Sheriff ( Terrell I believe is the name; I can't watch it again or I will be sick. ) He is laughing his ass off in spots, like he's just having a good ole time in the spotlight. Total and complete Fascist Goober.

Think: Judge Dredd meets Jethro Bodine

Some quotes and paraphrased comments, and my responses:

"It's about the drugs. Oh yeah, it's all about the drugs."

No, Captain Mouthbreather, it's about human life. It's about human safety. This interview is about a child you mangled and torched over YOUR obsession with drugs. And thanks for admitting that.

In your delusional, maniacal desire to find some sort of substance somewhere that might get someone high, and earn you another expensive arrest under your belt, you and your violent goon squad abandoned all of your human decency a long time ago. Because DRUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGSSSS!!!!!!!

At least you are honest in admitting you are addicted to the thrill of punishing people violently for their nonviolent habits.

"The DA asked us if we would do the same thing again, under the same circumstances, and I said 'Yayuh, we wood' and the DA sez we didn't do nothing' wrong then."

Well, by golly by gee, you've just admitted you're a fucking ignoramus and so is the DA. You just admitted there, and elsewhere in this interview, that the choices which led up to mangling and boiling a baby's face off were just standard operating procedure and that YOU WILL DO IT AGAIN! Are you fucking kidding me?

I don't even know how to respond to someone so entrenched with being right, even when the entire world knows just how very, very wrong you are.

People of Habersham County take note: Your Sheriff won't think twice about blowing up your babies. It's his SOP after all. He hasn't got time for research, for restraint, for getting the facts straight before getting violent. Like the old saying: "Shoot 'em all and let God sort 'em out," except that for Sheriff Bombsquad, GOd is the judge and the judge is always gonna side with ....guess whom?

Not the maimed baby, if he lives. Not society, which is made far more dangerous by people like Sheriff Mengele, I mean, Terrell.

No, The Judge/ God will always side with the Sheriff, because GOOD OLE BOYZ.

"These drug dealers are domestic terrorists! They terrorize families by getting people addicted and breaking up families. They are domestic terrorists."

Way to deflect blame, Sheriff Terrell Bodine. Your calling substance dealers "domestic terrorists" is instrumental in doing two things:

First, it makes your cause so righteous-sounding, so noble. You didn't really set a flash bomb off next to a baby's face, you fought the "ebull terrorists." You make us all safe by making us all scared to death. You protect children by burning their lips off and blistering their faces, and causing so much swelling in their faces they can't even breathe. You big ole hero you!

Secondly, you explain to the community that you are at war with them, and that you believe bar owners, pharmaceutical companies and convenience store owners are all terrorists. After all, the bars sell highly addictive liquor, the 7-11 sells highly addictive beer, and the pharmaceutical companies spew out so many lethal narcotics, like Opana, Oxycontin, hydrocodone and Xanax that they are addicting people left and right.

So many people are dying from prescription drug overdoses, Californians are suing the perfectly legit pharmcos for the costs to their communities. But at least they aren't throwing flash bombs in the homes of GlaxoSmithKline or Pfizer sales weasels.

Funny how in the old days men and women could get drunk and useless every day - quite legally - and abandon their kids to poverty, or abuse them in their drunken rages, and we never resorted to calling the bartenders "terrorists." But you have taught us the error of our ways, Sheriff Palpatine!

So will you now be throwing flash bombs at unsuspecting clerks in the wine aisle at Publix? Or over there filling scrips at the RiteAid pharmacy? Gotta nip those family-destroying terrorists in the bud, by golly, by gee!

Sheriff Bodine went on and on about how traumatized his poor, innocent pink and cuddly goons were over maiming a child. I mean. it's not like they had a choice or anything. They HAD to burn that baby!

He spent about 5 seconds expressing concern for the child. All of his concern is for his own ignorant, bulbous, pasty ass and the ignorant, bulbous pasty asses he calls his "Special Response Team" ( Motto: Kids: Boy have we got something Special for y'all! )

Sheriff Terrell is the poster child for the evil known as the War on Some Drugs.

May he reap what he has sown one hundred fold. May he see the day he eats his disgusting words.

Light to the baby- that he survives the true terrorism meted on his family by the Habersham County Special Response Team

He's trying to explain away why his SS stormtroopers blew up a baby. First he focuses on the charges and highlights the inadequate surveillance and incompetent police work performed by saying they never knew there were FOUR children in the home. Never mind that the suspect wasn't even home when they carried out the raid...

Then he focuses on the previous gun charges of the occupant as a justification for the SWAT raid, except SWAT raids are not performed because of guns, they are performed because of drugs. With guns, the police can just go to the door, serve the warrant, and if the occupant doesn't surrender, they can wait him out as they did for decades. But drugs can be destroyed, such as being flushed down a toilet, so they need surprise and a swift entry to avoid losing the evidence. The SWAT raid is more dangerous to both suspect and police and increases the likelihood of a violent confrontation.

I realize Meth is a nasty drug, but addiction is a disease, and should be treated as such. The war on drugs has been more a war on freedom than any other movement in the last 40 years. Just the losses in privacy alone are tragic...

from post 43 in this thread by 951-Riverside:

"Anyway, a update to the story doesn't give much hope for the toddler. One, he's paralyzed. Two, he's got a large laceration right on his chest, that can't be closed because the grenade charred - read cooked - his skin. Lastly, he's lost use of one of his lungs. Given that the police threw the grenade right on top of the toddler it's a miracle that he even survived the detonation, but I don't think that he'll survive this. A body that small isn't meant to take damage of this magnitude.

Edit - None of the stories mentioned anything about it but, just from seeing the damage on his face, I'd figure that his right eye is blinded."

(Thanks Lancero, for the update )

Now, just who are the terrorists?

4. Mother recalls horror of daughter killed in police raid

DETROIT -- The mother of 7-year-old Aiyana Stanley-Jones, who was killed in a police raid three years ago, testified Monday during the first day of testimony in a trial that will determine whether Aiyana's death was a tragic accident or criminal negligence on the part of the Detroit police officer who is accused of firing the fatal shot.

Talking about the night her daughter died became too much for Dominika Stanley.

When she regained her composure and returned to the stand, she said she was forced to sit for hours on the bloody couch where her daughter was shot.

She said hours passed before officials told her that her daughter had been taken to the hospital

5. Grenade burns sleeping girl as SWAT team raids Billings home

"On Thursday, Fasching took her daughter back to the hospital to have her wounds treated.
She questioned why police would take such actions with children in the home and why it needed a SWAT team.

"A simple knock on the door and I would've let them in," she said. "They said their intel told them there was a meth lab at our house. If they would've checked, they would've known there's not."
She and her two daughters and her husband were home at the time of the raid. She said her husband, who suffers from congenital heart disease and liver failure, told officers he would open the front door as the raid began and was opening it as they knocked it down.

When the grenade went off in the room, it left a large bowl-shaped dent in the wall and "blew the nails out of the drywall," Fasching said.

St. John said investigators did plenty of homework on the residence before deciding to launch the raid but didn't know children were inside

No, assholes. If you did "plenty of homework" you would have known exactly who lived there.

But it's just so FUUUUUUN to play with all your toys, why wait to detonate bombs inside kids' bedrooms?

"I WANNA PLAY WIF MY BOMBS RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!"

In this case, no arrests were made and no charges were filed against anyone in the home where they burned this child, but they "found evidence" which they refuse to disclose. They probably found a box of baggies, and those are ONLY used for drugs, you know.

6. The Lethality of Stun Grenades

Lethality of stun grenades[edit]

Although stun grenades are usually designed to be non-lethal, several deaths have been attributed to their use. These include:

In 1989, police in Minneapolis, Minnesota, conducted a drug raid at the home of an elderly couple, Lloyd Smalley and Lillian Weiss, after receiving inaccurate information from an informant. The flashbang grenades police used in the raid set the home on fire. Police said they were certain no one was inside, and so, at first, made no attempt at rescue. Smalley and Weiss died of smoke inhalation.

In May 2003, a woman named Alberta Spruill died from a heart attack after a police team detonated a stun grenade at her residence in Harlem, New York. Her family eventually won a $1.6 million civil suit against the city.

In January 2011, a California man named Rogelio Serrato died of smoke inhalation after a flashbang grenade launched by a police SWAT team ignited a fire in his home. The man was believed to have been hiding in the attic when the fire broke out.

In February 2011, a North Carolina SWAT police officer was injured at his home when a stun grenade accidentally detonated while he was attempting to secure his equipment. He underwent emergency surgery, but later died of his injuries.

In January 2014, a man was severely injured during rioting caused by the 2014 Ukrainian revolution after he attempted to pick up a live, undetonated stun grenade. The grenade detonated seconds before he could reach it. The explosion caused damage to his right hand and arm, leading to the loss of most of his fingers, as well as heavy blood loss. As of February 2014, the man's condition is unknown. However, a video of it has been uploaded to LiveLeak.

On May 28, 2014, a 19-month-old baby was severely burned and placed in a medically-induced coma after a SWAT team raided a home in Cornelia, Georgia at 2 a.m.

I taught them that police would help them if they were ever in trouble. I taught them to be respectful of police.

Today, I would teach them to fear and be suspicious of police.

That is sad.

Public servants have now become state-salaried terrorists.

When is the administration going to address these severe attacks on United States Citizens?

Selling addictive substances!

Bartenders, pharmacists, the gal at the grocery store checkout!

Flashbomb every family with a wine collection, a medicine cabinet or a cheap bottle of vodka.

Send a concussive grenade into every beer joint, and most especially go after GlaxoSmithKline's and Pfizer's headquarters!

TERROR! TERROR! TERROR!

Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell haz a sad because his Speshull Response Team is getting death threats. He doesn't quite get it that they severely harmed an innocent baby. The gravity and the depravity of what his team has done has not sunk in and never will.

The tipping point is approaching, coppers. The populace is fed up.

I know a lot of you think I am just awful for having a thread hidden.

My patience with Bad cop enablers is GONE.

My patience with the Obama Administration and the Department of Justice over the violent, senseless, expensive War on the American People Over Drugs is GONE

I will say what I think, and if it hurts anyone's feelings, tough. I've always been that way on DU and I'm not changing now. I will accept the consequences, unlike Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell

It's long past time for us to say NO MORE.

Now here is the link and an excerpt:

DA investigating SWAT raid

Friday, Phonesavanh said the outlook is grim for her little boy.

“The nurse explained it to me. His laceration on his chest is pretty deep, down to the muscle. They can’t close it up yet because all of the charring from the explosion,” Phonesavanh said.

“He still needs help breathing. He’ll need that help for a while. He has a big bruise on his lung from the impact. His lung is useless right now” Phonesavanh added. "As long as we have faith and he's got lots of love, love will make anybody strong."

The Phonesavanh family has hired an attorney who has asked for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to look into the case and immediate suspension of the deputies involved

watch this raw video of the mom and dad speaking out.

First off, the Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell lied through his fucking teeth about there being no signs of children. Right next to the door they broke in, was a van with a family sticker on it and four carseats in it.

Dad says the TV was on in the room illuminating the crib so there was no reason whoever threw the grenade could not have seen the crib unless he just threw the grenade blindly without regard for anyone's safety

The father was threatened with jail for asking about his son at the scene, this is how Habersham County Special Response Team "responds" after a concerned father asks about his son whom the Habersham County Special Response Team tried to KILL in cold blood. These goddamned merciless thugs threaten the father as if they are the Moral Elite!

The Habersham County Special Response Team are goddamned thugs with murderous hearts. They are terrorists who further terrorize a concerned father by threatening to lock him up JUST FOR ASKING ABOUT HIS SON'S CONDITION.

The cops told the mom that they 'knocked a tooth out' of the baby. Nice, you goddamned ignorant motherfuckers.

the family was planning to head back to Wisconsin on Thursday. They could not get out of the cesspool that is Georgia fast enough before their child was mangled by Georgia thug terrorist cops.

Where is a statement from Obama? When will Holder say something about this terrorism meted out to an innocent child?

Are Obama and Holder cowards or do they just not give a flying fuck?

The world wants to know.

Like a true sociopath, he is accusing his victims of being what he himself is.

And you are correct in naming the true terrorists we should add to the list....

When do US citizens stop bending over and taking it?

People won't even get on these threads out of abject fear of being retaliated against. Believe me, I have been retaliated against by a certain affluent segment of my area for speaking up. So what? I'll die shouting the truth from the rooftops. Somebody with courage has to do it.

If people want to cower in fear, because this time it isn't their child, they are as much a part of the problem as the evil thug cops.

Stand up cowards, and stop letting your public servants beat you down.

I urge all to do the same.

The funny thing is, one of my worst triggers is when a child is harmed....and cannabis really helps when I am triggered.

But since my state won't let me get relief for my suffering, and since my president and his attorney general want to call me a criminal for being a person who is helped by cannabis, they get to see my wrath up close and personal.

I might be less traumatized by these events using cannabis, might not use so much angry language.

So I guess it's a good thing I can't get any cannabis, not wanting to lose everything just to have the medicine I need.

Someone's gotta get angry enough to call out the terrorist cops and the cowardly and complicit Obama administration.

Guess that'll be me....

18. Washington Post: Task force that burned toddler killed pastor in 2009

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-watch/wp/2014/05/30/drug-task-force-that-burned-a-toddler-this-week-also-killed-an-innocent-pastor-in-2009/

In September 2009, the young pastor Ayers was ministering to a young woman whom a Georgia drug task force was investigating on drug charges. (She had allegedly sold an undercover officer $50 worth of cocaine.) When task force members saw Ayers alone in the car with the woman, they switched their focus to him. According to Ayers’s lawsuit, the woman was about to be evicted from the motel at which she was staying. Ayers gave her the $23 in his pocket to help cover her rent.

The task force followed Ayers to a convenience store, where he went in to get money from an ATM. When he returned and got into his car they pounced. They pulled up behind him in an unmarked black SUV. Armed agents dressed in street clothes then rushed Ayers’s car. He put his car in reverse and attempted to escape. In the process, he nicked one agent. Another then opened fire, killing him. Ayers told hospital staff was that he thought he was being robbed. His reported last words were, “Who shot me?”

Ayers had no drugs in his car or in his system, and there was no evidence he was using or distributing anything illegal. Still, local law enforcement officials tried to smear him. They first said he was part of their drug investigation all along, then retracted. The woman the police were following initially said in an interview that Ayers was counseling her and helping her kick her drug habit. Later, while facing criminal charges for a separate incident, she changed her story and claimed that Ayers had been paying her for sex.

In the end, Ayers was innocent, and a federal jury awarded his widow a $2 million settlement.

In the burned toddler raid, Terrell told the paper that District Attorney Brian Rickman had already cleared the task force of any wrongdoing. That’s a remarkably fast investigation given that the raid happened less than two days ago. Rickman also cleared the cops in the Ayers case. So did the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Rickman would tell a local paper that the investigations went “to extraordinary lengths,” and, “I do not see how anybody could say the process was unfair based on the lengths that they went to.”

This is what your nation has become.

Thank you America
