Kerry appearing at one of two competing Benghazi hearing would have showcased how overboard the GOP has gone, and how much Issa in particularly has jumped the shark. Boehner knew this and probably told Issa to cancel the subpoena. Issa's pathetic attempt to spin this as anything other than a tail-between-the-legs withdrawal is pretty laughable.
