It's probably true that nobody is "born racist," but we're all born with the potential for racism, with our tribal primate heritage. There's a reason humans "invented" racism in the first place, and why it stubbornly crops up here and there.

It's more than just "not teaching children to be racist." It has to be actively resisted.
