Remembering those who don't fit on The (Vietnam) Wall (yet)

In Memory Day 2014

This is an annual commemoration in DC of those that came back from Vietnam and died from diagnoses (e.g. Agent Orange exposure) that do not currently qualify them for The (Vietnam) Wall.

I was there as a daughter of an Agent Orange person, and it was very moving.

If you are in a similar situation, please check out http://www.vvmf.org/.

Thank you. Fed Gove came back 3 months after dad died and acknowledged it was agent pink and blue that did him in. He might have had a shot with agent orange (his lung cancer) - but those two change your blood. The cancer did not show up in his blood until it was advanced stage four.
