The amount we spend on food stamps to subsidize the piss-poor wages they pay their peons & the emergency-room care we pay for because they avoid paying health insurance through scams such as keeping their workers below 30 hours/week, to name just 2.

which pretty much covers your 2.

Economic impact to communities whose retail sectors collapsed after Walmart came to town...

Economic impact to areas where factories closed because manufacturing had to be moved to Asia so the products would be cheap enough to sell to Walmart.

Increased storm water mitigation costs after Walmart buys a dirt field and paves it for a parking lot.

The tax numbers are hard - we can look them up. The others can't be looked up, but they're probably more significant than the bribes we have to pay Walmart to move into a community.
