Right winger Gordon Klingenschmitt has claimed that transgender people commit "stare rape"
Reading Ed Brayton's blog, I think I might have solved the mystery of "stare rape", besides it being a 4Chan hoax:
Gordon Klingenschmitt went on quite a rant about a court ruling in Maine allowing a trans student to use the girl’s bathroom. In an email to his ignorant and credulous followers, he told them that this is proof that liberals want the right to “rape your girls.”
‘Transgenders’ want your children. Liberals demand public access to rape your girls, at least visually in public bathrooms, or to expose themselves to your girls at school, without parental consent or protection of any kind. Maine parents should immediately remove their children from public schools, and teach them at home.
Yep, Klingon Shit actually said "at least visually in public bathrooms".
Now, I don't think "stare rape" is a mere Internet hoax - there seem to be people who believe that exists.
