Pot for Pets?

At first, I laughed at the headline, but after reading the article it makes sense. But still, a stoned cat - how could you tell the difference? Anything that helps our pets makes sense to me, but my granddad/grandmother can't get weed for their various aches and pains, but Fido can?

One time I let our dog lap up a little beer out of a glass. He liked it.

I was tempted to pour him a bowl.

He's about half way through his life span. I will want to make him feel better when his little doggie joints start betraying him.
