Florida Teen Killed Grandmother, Drove Body Around For 5 Hours

A Florida teenager killed his grandmother in a bloody struggle inside her home at a nudist community, then drove around with her body in a minivan for nearly five hours, according to authorities. 18-year-old Brandon Machetto had been living with his grandmother, 74-year-old Sylvia Schmitt, for the past several weeks and they reportedly fought frequently, Pasco County sheriff’s spokeswoman Melanie Snow said.\\

A neighbor alerted authorities after witnessing Machetto dragging a wrapped bag with feet dangling out into his grandmother’s minivan early Monday, according to police.
