If the SCOTUS rules that corporations have religious rights under the Hobby Lobby case, the risks of an Article V convention will be a necessary risk.

This appears to be their MO, and Justice Kennedy has always been a Corporatist.... So much for that ol` 'originalist' doctrine? Apparently the legal construction that is the corporate entity was the subject of our constitution? The writing is on the wall IMO.

I will never support such a thing, especially with the current composition of state legislatures.
If you disagree, I suggest you look deeper into the issue.
