the ACA was saved by John Roberts so he might go that direction again. However, he also got a lot of heat from those who normally agree with him on cases so you never know. Either way, somebody is going to be unhappy and there could be a ton of drama regardless of outcome.

I will be amazed, but thrilled if they rule against HL. "Religious liberty" is a sacred cow to 5 of them.

In social liberties cases, where people can't get richer, they fake being sensible.

No money in hating some of your employees.

This SCOTUS is about nothing but corporate bottom lines.

plus the labor case.
Also sounds like both will be written by a conservative justice so I am not hopeful.
