(14,449 posts)the ACA was saved by John Roberts so he might go that direction again. However, he also got a lot of heat from those who normally agree with him on cases so you never know. Either way, somebody is going to be unhappy and there could be a ton of drama regardless of outcome.

No money in hating some of your employees.
This SCOTUS is about nothing but corporate bottom lines.
