OJ Wasn't the killer claims private investigator.

Link: http://www.newser.com/story/143190/i-can-prove-oj-innocent-private-eye.html

(NEWSER) – OJ Simpson wasn't the killer: It was his son who murdered Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, says a private investigator. Texas PI William Dear has spent 18 years probing the murders, and he explains his case in a new book—and an interview with the Village Voice. Jason Simpson wasn't interviewed by police, nor was his DNA compared to evidence, even though he "had intermittent rage disorder" and was on probation when the slayings occurred. The "Jekyll and Hyde" figure had assaulted an ex-boss with a knife, says Dear, who went so far as to buy a storage unit Jason stopped paying for ... and the PI claims he found a hunting knife inside.

On the night of the murders, an angry Jason went to Brown's house after she bailed on plans to dine at the restaurant where he worked, Dear tells the paper. "She probably made a mistake you shouldn't make with people who are off their meds," as Dear says Jason was; she may have slapped him. In a rage, he killed her and an approaching Goldman. As for the blood in OJ's car, it was just a "fingernail"-sized amount, Dear says. OJ headed to the house to check on his kids when he heard from Jason. Realizing he could be a suspect, he panicked, prompting his suspicious behavior.

dear is nuts.

My first reaction upon seeing on the 10 pm news about the murders and they showed oj at the airport heading somewhere and I told my wife that there's the guy who killed them, he acted so guilty. My gut instinct isn't wrong very often and this one sure wasn't on of those times. I had an inner ear injury the following August so I was laying in bed 24/7 because I couldn't stand up to walk, hell I couldn't even crawl on the floor, anyways I watched the whole trial and I swear I went into shock when the verdict came back not guilty. Yeah OJ simpson murdered his wife and friend in cold blood, colder than any murder I've heard of before or since. I won't normally wish ill on anyone but I have to take exception on this.

-I know you will.

I watched that entire trial, and always said I thought it was his son. I believed OJ was in on the cover-up, but believed his son did it. Can't put my finger on an exact thing, it was mostly his behavior, body language, and some of his reactions.

I know, I know, I'm ok with that, this is probably the only time I need a I'm usually very rational.

Today was the first I heard of it, and the details.

The bit about his little sister drowning when he was a child and he was supposed to be watching her tore my heart out. So did the rest of his life. That's one lost and troubled soul.

Dear's discoveries filled in a lot of blanks.

I'm glad OJ was acquitted, now I want him out of jail. The LAPD conducted a terrible witch hunt and falsified too much evidence. It's something Black Americans are used to, hence why so many of us were so happy when the LAPD couldn't lynch another Black man.

Sanford, Chicago, Tampa, come on America, we're not stupid. Thankfully the Trayvon case is waking a lot of people up thanks to the internet.

He is in jail for a different crime committed in Las Vegas.
Anyhow, care to show us how the LAPD falsified evidence in the Brown/Goldman case?
Oh right, he's black and therefore must have been framed by the racist cops.

But then again , most people don't. If you did, you probably would make the ugly accusations you are making to our friend. Whether Simpson "did it" or not, the case was filled with major procedural gaffes and very serious questions about the collection and handling of the evidence. Even the prosecutors acknowledge that, whether you do or not.

I'm just curious why you thought so.

I was one of those who whopped and hollered from joy when OJ was found not guilty. I've had enough of innocent people being framed by corrupt and racist police departments.

Does anyone here look differently on the fact that there was never any real explanation given as to why Det. Van Adder took the blood sample Simpson gave at the police station and put it in his car and drove back to the crime scene, instead of taking it to the crime lab in the same building, as was the normal procedure? I'm not wanting to re-litigate that case, but that's certainly a troubling fact that I think most people were willing to overlook at the time.

and then that same vial was missing blood when he finally turned it in, and the blood they planted on OJ was proven, beyond a shadow of a doubt, to have come from that vial.

I think too many people were willing to overlook too much, or be misled about what to overlook.

investigator is no kook.

This case was never the slam-dunk it was portrayed as in the media. Henry Lee tore most of the prosecution's forensics to shreds at the trial and I was not surprised in the least when OJ was acquitted. The amount of blood found in the car was de minimus, which couldn't have been the case if the person who committed such a bloody and violent double murder was sitting in the vehicle. And Luminol would have showed any traces even if the interior was wiped down.

Try answering these questions(taken from a saner post over at a different website)

1) Why did O.J. have 3 other cuts besides the one on his finger, plus 7 abrasions?

2) According to cell phone records, O.J. was in his Bronco at 10:03 p.m., not in his home.

3) Why did O.J. purchase a fake beard and mustache on May 27, 1994, two weeks before the murder?

4) What reason would Jason have for stalking Nicole before the murder if this was supposed to be a random snap moment after she didn't show up at his restaurant? Was he doing it for O.J.?

5) Cowling told his girlfriend, plus a prison security guard overheard O.J. telling Rosey Grier, "I didn't mean to do it."

6) As for Jason's mental state, there's plenty of evidence stating that O.J. would rage the same way. I think there's no doubt that O.J. and Jason suffered from the same mental disorder and both had violent tendencies and past records.

2) Two part answer: A: GPS technology was putrid in 1994, he might have been at home. B: He's not allowed to be in his Bronco at 10:03 PM? He can't go to the deli or bowling, or a card game with his buddies?

He has still been shown to be a megalomaniacal and violent individual who believes that he is personally above the law, and that public opinion shields him from culpability for his actions. The fact that he's now in jail serving time for armed extortion is plenty of proof.

And let me point something out here: I am NOT being racist, biased, etc etc etc. I do not like OJ Simpson because simply put he's power mad.
