The most ridiculous piece of drivel that I have read in a long time.

I can't provide the link, because it's on "that FReakish site". But, let me give you the gist of the article.

Pregnant women are discriminated against in the workplace because abortion is legal.

W.....T.....F....??????????????

Someone give me a paperbag to breathe into...or puke into.

What you are seeing is common over there, (It's not unheard of over here) taking an existing situation, and try to construct an argument around the existing facts to support a point you want to make. What you DON'T do, is to allow any information from OUTSIDE the immediate context to be introduced. It helps too if you ignore as many of the existing facts that are unconnected to the point you want to make, especially if they contradict your point.

They live in the real world and have mastered the ability to not see what is there, while seeing what isn't there. They must be hell to drive around.

You know it is just going to raise your blood pressure! I won't ever visit FR, I did in the GWB days because I wanted to punish them for voting in Dick Cheney. Nowadays I would never go there...I value my health too much for such a visit.

Today was one of those days that just set me off.

I do love it when they occasionally eat one of their own. The whole Romney "fiasco" has provided better comedy than usual.

there will certainly be fewer women working because hiring of someone who could become pregnant will come to a very rapid stop. Why pay someone sick leave, maternity leave, pregnancy care costs when you could hire a man who will not become pregnant nor require the time off to take care of sick children.

Maybe that is their twisted logic? I was told that by someone not long ago. You can't discriminate against someone in the workplace who isn't there now can you? Makes perfect sense
