Court Out of Step With Public on Contraception Coverage

"The court ruled in a 5-to-4 decision that the Affordable Care Act provision requiring employers to cover contraception in their private health insurance plans violates their religious freedom. Last month, a Kaiser Foundation poll found that 53 percent of the public thought employers should be required to cover birth control regardless of whether it violates the owners’ religious beliefs"

Now if only that 53% would get out and vote in the mid-term.
