South Sudan hunger crisis 'to affect four million'

Some four million people in South Sudan are likely to face critical food shortages next month, British aid agencies have warned.

A lot of the article is about the dilemma of forecasting a famine, because they know there won't be an adequate harvest this year, while not yet having the pictures and stories that are most effective at fundraising.
