If Puerto Rico becomes a state it'd be neat to go to that formation but apparently we'll stick to the square one.

the East India Company collapsed after the Indian Mutiny of 1857 (when effective control of India passed from the Company to Her Majesty's Government), and was dissolved in 1874.
