There are plenty of think tanks in Washington that define the left. And plenty that define the right. But Third Way is the only DC think tank that has been described as incorrigible pragmatists, radical centrists and the best source for new ideas in public policy. If you are curious about Third Ways work, customer focused, creative, and takes ownership and pride in your work, wed like you to join us.
POSITION:
Third Way is seeking a full-time Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations in our Washington, DC, office. As the Office Manager, you will oversee office activities, generate reports, manage costs, assess office needs, recommend solutions, and interface with other Third Way staff. But, we offer much more: the opportunity to learn how think tanks work, the chance to flex your creative muscles by coming up with new solutions to office challenges, and the autonomy to grow and take pride in the work that you do. We are a boutique think tank with a 40+ staff. This position has a significant impact on our success. You will be the jack of all trades." There is no task too big or too small.
The Office Manager reports to and works with the Vice President of Administration. But, you will interact with everyone from the CEO to the building concierge. First-class customer focus is a must.
Because of the uniqueness of the Office Manager position, the job will be as engaging and as rewarding as you make it. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a dynamic team, cares about the big and small details, enjoys creating systems and solutions, and wants to make an impact in their own special way.

After all, purging the moderates has worked so well for the Republicans...

It boils down very simply to me, and it pains me to no end to say this, but as I see it, one is either against it, or part of the racket.

Unless you, against all logic, allow them to define centrist.
Third Way is a right wing mechanism created to undermine the Democratic Party.
