In praise of Judi Lynn

Judi brings great effort and commitment to all of her posts and threads here at DU. She reminds us, on a constant basis, of people whose suffering and struggles we often forget about-the working poor and deprived-of-work poor of Latin America, Africa, and Asia, struggling against foreign economic and political domination(sometimes struggling against the darker intentions of Democratic administrations towards the developing world-the rainbow majority world-), those who help these people organize themselves to resist and defeat their oppressors, and those in the developed world and among our own country's political and economic leadership who are trying, on a daily basis, to crush the people in the first two groups and make the entire world live under the bootheel of eternal corporate domination.

She posts well-chosen source materials for all of her threads...letting the truth demolish those who try to shout it down...and stands her ground strongly-yet-coolly against all-comers.

Keep up the fight, Judi. Keep reminding us of what's out there...because what's out there is going to be right here, sooner or later-and then everyone here will have to decide, as they said back in the day, whether to be "part of the solution" or "part of the problem".

She makes a very valuable contribution here, most particularly in regard to Latin American affairs.
