This excellent post today brought back some memories: http://www.democraticunderground.com/10025231168

Edit: I forgot about this one I R'd earlier today too: http://www.democraticunderground.com/10025231168

I was 11 years old and went door to door for Bobby. I still remember mom breaking the news to me.

The world would be so much better off today if... Marta and I are watching Bobby.

Trailer at link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0308055/

The story of the assassination of U.S. Senator Robert F. Kennedy who was shot in the early morning hours of June 5, 1968 in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles, and 22 people in the hotel whose lives were never the same.

Bobby was a opportunist. He got his start working for communist hunter Joe McCarthy. Clean Gene took all the political risks. Bobby jumped on the bandwagon.

when this happened. I had duty that night and was to come on at 12 am. The guy who I relieved came to wake me and he said, You won't believe what just happened. I blurted out, they shot Kennedy
There was no radio in the barracks where I was sleeping nor TV and no one was awake when I was awaken, it was a sixth sense on my part I truly believe.

Back when I was 13 our neighbor who had cancer committed suicide and when my brother woke me up, sometime around 2 to 3 am he asked, said, pretty much the same thing, I said Abe Layton shot himself. No way did I already know that. Again it was a sixth sense

Bobby Kennedy was going to be our next President and he had the oligarchs worried, worried enough to have him killed thats for sure.

All I can say is our SS have their hands full today with all the hate the same type of jackasses have towards our black President you can bet on that.

I want to live in a more just, less racist and bigoted world but don't look like I'm going to get too.
