Even if Obama opposes Cuba's socialist economy, how can you morally justify keeping up the embargo while being best friends with Saudi Arabia and the Egyptian junta.

It's not as if that counts as a win.

The Cuban Revolution happened because the Cuban people wanted it(whether or not they wanted the repression). It wasn't created by Fidel and Che and Raul out of nothing.

I understand the Cuban people wanted the revolution. That doesn't mean they wanted 50 years of one man / one party rule. There can be no meaningful political change in Cuba until the Castros are dead.
