Israel talks about its enemies wanting to push it into the sea, but who's really pushing who into the sea?

2. The 3km buffer zone didn't exist until Hamas started building tunnels.

Sounds like a root cause that has a fairly easy solution. Stop building tunnels!

3. Yes, don't fight back against the occupiers. Simply give up and let Israel take what it wants.

Gaza is part of the fight against the Israeli occupation and ethnic cleansing of the West Bank. They aren't going to stop fighting until the occupation ends.

We'll see what happens if that's the case. I suspect Gaza is going to have a permanent Israeli army presence before long.

As the civil rights movement proves, it's much harder to oppress a population that doesn't resort to terrorism. This is even more true in the era of 24 hour news cycles.
