The content of many History Channel shows probably don't fit the SOP of General Discussion

Haunted History
Vampire Secrets
Ancient Aliens
In Search of Aliens (bonus: Nazi Time Travelers)
UFO Hunters
Excorcism: Driving Out The Devil
Conspiracy (well, yeah )

At some point the History Channel went from historical type documentaries to stuff about aliens to stuff about alien history (this is around the time that Liam Neeson started shooting anything and everything in his movies...)

Just noticing.

ghosts, pirates, pirates changing into ghosts, etc. seems ready made for the "History" Channel (as we now know it).

Aha! Yup, here it is, though from the summary it seems like it might actually be, y'know... historical.

back then they were explaining that there were no ghost ships.
