Oklahoma teacher shows up to school drunk, not wearing pants: sheriff

Newly hired teacher Lorie Hill reportedly strolled into a Wagoner High School classroom Monday without checking in before bizarrely claiming the empty room as her own. The 49-year-old then proceeded to take off her pants.

Trouble with that is, those programs aren't really intended to help anyone, just take their money, money they usually don't have to spend on court ordered therapy.

on the job, and maybe her nerves cause her drinking problems as a coping mechanism. My heart goes out to her.

I know she's an easy target to make fun of and, yes, she caused her own problems by her alcohol consumption, but maybe she's in a lot of emotional pain.

the puffiness of excessive alcohol consumption not just related to weight gain. Wow, I just hope this woman has some support during this time. She must be really hurting.

and I had the good sense/lucidity to stay out of the public spaces. Whatever was affecting her was more than I ever had to deal with. I hope I never get that drunk and I drink most prodigiously.

No - not drunk. Just very, very tired. And - I use my dryer in the basement to "iron" my clothes. I threw my dress in the dryer, got the rest of my clothes on, went down to walk out to the garage through the basement, stuck my shoes on, then realized that I was missing the top layer of clothes just before I opened the door to head out.
