Watch: Rep. Hastings Rips Boehner’s Lawsuit, ‘It’s Red Meat for a Base that Hates Our President’

In a passionate smack down of John Boehner and the Tea Party’s “frivolous” and “insane” lawsuit against Pres. Obama, former judge and current Democratic Congressman Alcee L. Hastings took them to task for providing “red meat for a base that hates the President” while America’s roads, bridges, and schools crumble.

and I am not even sure if it will get more Republicans to the polls. The ones most in favor for this lawsuit were going to go to the polls anyway. The risk for Republicans is the Independents who make have a bad impression for this type of thing. Very risky for them I must say which is good for us.
