OK, turns out he didn't get shot in the back like the "eyewitness" claim, there is still evidence that hasn't been vetted by the internet yet and even the autopsy report leaves in question if he was falling or attacking.

Maybe we should follow the process of a prosecution, before making any off hand comments.
