George Never Hired His lawyers in the first place.

His daddy did. And he didn't like the prognosis the lawyers were giving him.

He's gone rogue.

A memo that promised the retainer was supposed to be received today by the lawyers. It did not arrive.

Technically, they never did represent George because the agreement was not signed/delivered.
