t's been over 18 days and we still do not have a report from the Ferguson Police as to exactly why Officer Wilson shot Michael Brown. This is unheard of and completely unacceptable. The media should be demanding the resignation of the Chief.
This in unheard of. This is ridiculous. The Chief of Police should resign immediately.

(1,660 posts)They will fabricate whatever report based on the DOJ's info. Remember the St. Louis County PD didn't interview any witnesses at the scene. This is why the witnesses went to the media at first. The DOJ in the following days canvassed the entire apartment complex (and maybe obtained video) and has far more information. Ferguson and the County I think fear releasing some report that may contradict evidence gathered by the DOJ.
At this point it isn't even about protecting Wilson, its about protecting the entire department.

(67,112 posts)so corrupt and racist it's incredible. I still fault the Governor, seems he could be doing more. I think he's just hoping it will go away. Sad part is I don't think Ferguson is unique, I bet there are many like this ... the right event(s) just has not yet happened to reveal the ugliness of the police as did Ferguson. ... we see more and more of this all the time. It should be a national priority to clean up these police forces, yet they are militarized. Each day has many WTF's for me.
