I've heard 80 House Republicans are cannibals.

When you hear one or two House Republicans are cannibals, that's an unsubstantiated rumor.

But when you hear that 80 House Republicans are cannibals, you know that a substantial number of House Republicans are cannibals.

What I'm saying is, HOUSE REPUBLICANS ARE CANNIBALS.

You can quote me on that.
