As most all of those that signed it are tough when it comes to throwing money at every chance for military action, it's time to make sure that every increase in military aid or action is paid for with an equal increase in taxes on big business. Make it so they can't have it both ways. The President could say he or she will not sign any bill that increases military spending without paying for it first.
