If only because some people seem to think that Silver is the be-all and end-all when it comes to election predictions. Not that Wang or anyone else is perfect (Silver seemed to call the impact of the government shutdown better than Wang), but it’s useful to have a few sources.

Wang’s neuroscience talks are also pretty good.

"If I’m elected, there’s a reasonable chance that neither party would have a majority in the US Senate. If that is the case, I will work with the other independent Senators to caucus with the party that is most willing to face our country’s difficult problems head on and advance our problem-solving, non-partisan agenda."

That would mean Angus King and Bernie Sanders! Be still my heart!!


Of course, he then goes on to say nice things about Heidi Heitkamp and Lisa Murkowski, but hey, if he's going to be a non-fanatic from Kansas, he probably should be learning what he can from them. I give him a pass on that.
