1. Juries are sometimes comprised of fools, there is no consistency.

There are neither rules nor safeguards to ensure that any given juror serves honorably.

know "W" word(s) should be as "A" word as "P" word. It's like we're in "H" word school -- that "E" word trumps "I" word doesn't bode well for "U" word.
