NY Times: Some Retail Workers Find Better Deals With Unions

Do you think? It shows how badly we have falling that this has to be stated. It should be the norm, not news.

The article describing a humane work place due to it's Union employees isn't something that should need to be pointed out in this day.
Sadly we know it is, and it shows how villainized the worker has been by the corporate MFers.

and benefits. Usually workplace rules are spelled out in the contract so employees and managers know the rules. Without workplace agreements everyday can bring about changes and it usually is not in the favor of the workers. Workers should be able to share in profits of the company just as share holders because the workers invest their labors. Happier workers makes for a better work force. As a supervisor once told me he spent 95% of his time keeping the workforce happy and only 5% to do the rest of the work, his employees took care of 95%.
